Uplaan - Module to Module: Events

We’ve added another entry to our series of explanatory articles about the features and benefits of each module on our platform, designed to enrich the experience in hotels and resorts. In this issue we explain the events module.


Having explained the modules of reservations, products, surveys, management and communication, today we focus on the module that will transform the way to organize and manage events within the complex.


This feature pack is designed to simplify the creation, scheduling and management of events within the complex. From concerts, to the Mini Club or animation programs; this module allows you to manage any type of event.


Planning is intuitive and flexible: you can set up recurring or one-off events and define multiple aspects such as location, capacity, capacity and associated products, as well as customizable registration questions.

Promotion of events is also managed through the module. You can show events on the home screen, ensuring that they have a high level of participation from your guests.


Once the event has been set up, users of the App can register and confirm their attendance. From the platform, you can view participation and generate reports that help you optimize future event planning.
